FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What material is a FenceMaster PVC fence made of ?

A: FenceMaster PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) fence is primarily composed of PVC resin mixed with specific additives for durability. Key ingredients include:

* Titanium Dioxide (TiO2): Acts as a “sunscreen” to prevent UV damage and yellowing.

* Impact Modifiers: Provide flexibility to prevent cracking.

* Stabilizers: Protect the plastic during manufacturing and extreme weather.

Q: Does FenceMaster PVC fence contain UV inhibitors?

A: Yes. We use a high concentration of TiO2 (Titanium Dioxide) and UV stabilizers in our formulation. This ensures our fences resist yellowing, cracking, and brittleness even in high-UV regions like Australia, the Middle East, or the Southern US.

Q: Is your PVC fence made from recycled materials?

A: We primarily use 100% virgin vinyl to guarantee maximum structural integrity and color consistency. While some manufacturers use recycled “re-grind” in the formulation, we prioritize virgin material for export-grade products to meet international quality standards.

Q: How does your PVC fence hold up in extreme temperatures?

A: Our fences are designed to be flexible. They can withstand standard thermal expansion and contraction. We use impact-modified vinyl to ensure the material remains durable in freezing winters without becoming brittle.

Q: What is the working temperature of the FenceMaster PVC fence?

A:  FenceMaster PVC fences are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C).

Q: Can you manufacture custom designs or colors?

A: Absolutely. While White and Tan are our standard colors, we offer OEM/ODM services. If you have a specific profile design or a unique color requirement (like Grey or Adobe), our engineering team can create custom molds for your brand.

Q: Do your posts require internal reinforcement?

A: For high-wind areas or heavy gate sections, we provide aluminum inserts for the posts. This provides the necessary structural rigidity while maintaining the low-maintenance benefits of PVC.

Q: How do you package the products to prevent damage during sea freight?

A: We use a multi-layer protection system:

* Protective Film on individual profiles.

* Sturdy Pallets for easy forklift loading/unloading.

* Corner Protectors and Strapping to prevent shifting inside the container.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: Our minimum order quantity is one 20ft container. 40ft container is most popular choice.

Q: What is your typical Lead Time for an export order?

A: For a standard 20ft or 40ft HQ container, our production time is typically 15–20 days after deposit confirmation. Shipping transit times vary by destination (e.g., 15 days to the US West Coast, 35+ days to Europe).

Q: What certifications do your products hold?

A: Our manufacturing process is ISO9001 certified, and our PVC fencing is tested against ASTM standards for heavy metal content, impact resistance, and color fastness. We can provide test reports upon request.

Q: What kind of warranty does FenceMaster provide?

A:  FenceMaster provides up to 20 years of no fading warranty. When receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, FenceMaster is responsible for replacing the material for free.

Q: what is the payment?

A: 30% deposit. 70% balance is due prior to the ship’s arrival at destination port.

Q: Can your company customize PVC fence profiles?

A: Certainly. We can customize PVC fence profiles of different shapes, lengths & colors according to your needs.
